BUZZ: Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck pay cash for massive $60 million Beverly Hills mansion

They dropped some serious “Dinero.”

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck bought a massive mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $60.85 million Wednesday after nearly two years of searching for their perfect love nest.

The couple’s 38,000-square-foot new home includes a whopping 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a full basketball court.

The “On the Floor” singer, 53, and the Oscar winner, 50, paid cash, according to TMZ, and actually snagged a deal, as the property had been listed for $135 million in 2018 before being dropped down to $75 million earlier this year.

The “newly rebuilt” manse sits on a five-acre estate and overlooks “magnificent mountain views,” according to its listing.

“Exquisitely designed and built with impeccable taste, the sophisticated and stylish estate infuses today’s technology with refined rooms,” it reads.

Since J.Lo is known for keeping up with her fitness, she may have been drawn to the residence’s “one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex,” which includes a full gym, basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring and a sports lounge and bar.

The home also has a zero-edge pool, a guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, a 12-car garage and enough room to park a staggering 80 cars on the lot.

Another standout feature for the A-list stars is the security that the property offers, as it includes a two-bedroom guardhouse. The listing describes it as “one of the most private and secured estates in Beverly Hills.” Additionally, both entrances can only be accessed through private and gated streets.

The location is an added bonus, as the home sits just eight minutes from the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel and 20 minutes from the Van Nuys Airport, perfect for jet-setters like Lopez and Affleck.

The listing agent did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Apparently, the pair couldn’t wait to move in, as paparazzi captured photos of swanky furniture being loaded into the house on the same day that the deal closed.

Lopez and Affleck eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 and have since merged their families from previous marriages.

The pair’s big move signals that their longtime relationship is going well despite sparking concerns last month after they were seen having a tense conversation on a red carpet.

And a day prior, a grumpy-looking Affleck was caught slamming Lopez’s car door shut during a coffee run.

However, that same month, Lopez praised Affleck for being an “amazing” father.

“Oh, my God. He’s an amazing dad. It brings tears to my eyes,” the pop star said of her husband on “The View.”

She added, “He’s present, and that’s all you can ask: for a present, loving dad who cares and shows up every single day, and that’s who he is.”
