This is one way to hide from the paps.
Kanye West stepped out with his “wife,” Bianca Censori, for a rooftop dinner at the West Hollywood Edition Hotel last night, and once again, the celebrity couple went with some unusual outfit choices.
The “Donda” rapper, 45, and Censori, 28 — who “married” in a non-legally binding ceremony in January — held hands as they left the hotel, with West in a T-shirt and the Yeezy architect wearing a bandage-like wrap around her head.
Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband kept it casual in a tight black T-shirt that said “Berlin,” appearing to skip his heavily padded looks from previous days.
He wore the shirt with loose jeans and what appears to be another pair of the “sock shoes” he’s been favoring in recent days.
As for Censori, the white covering — which she tied in a knot behind her head — hid her hair and entire face except for her eyes, and she teamed it with a pair of leggings tucked into boots and a baggy beige jacket.
This isn’t the first time West’s “wife” has hidden her face in the past month.
In late April, the couple wore full face coverings while rocking out at designer Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God fashion show.
Censori was at it again on May 24 when she joined her “husband” for ice cream in Los Angeles, with the Yeezy employee wearing a black neck gaiter pulled up over her face and a gray piece of fabric draped around her head.
Meanwhile, Ye went with own statement-making outfit, wearing blue sock-shoes and a huge pair of shoulder pads under his black T-shirt.
He swapped out the shoulder pads for knee pads for a dinner date on May 13, while Censori wore a cropped white tank with no bra and a short, blond hairdo.

West certainly isn’t the only one who likes to turn heads in the fashion department.
Earlier this month, Censori posed for a photo shoot while only wearing a few pieces of black body tape covering her breasts and pubic area.
When it comes to showing off some skin, it seems like it’s all or nothing for this celebrity spouse.
