BUZZ: Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis Spotted Laughing Despite Ongoing Child Support and Nanny Dispute

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have been embroiled in a nasty custody battle and a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by their former nanny. Despite all the drama, the former couple put their troubles aside for the sake of their kids and were spotted at their son Otis’ soccer game over the weekend.

The two greeted one another with a hug before settling aside to watch the game. They were even photographed smiling and laughing while looking at Wilde’s cellphone. Wilde wore a white T-shirt and jeans, while Sudeikis rocked a blue sweatshirt and navy pants.

The actors split in 2020 after nearly a decade together, but there seems to be no bad blood between them. They recently joined forces and requested that the wrongful termination lawsuit filed by their former nanny, Ericka Genaro, be dismissed and moved to a private arbitrator.

In Genaro’s lawsuit, she alleged that in February 2023 the famous exes fired her for requesting a “stress leave” due to their messy split. In response, Wilde and Sudeikis claimed that Genaro was never actually fired but that she resigned after they refused to double her salary. They also accused Genaro of threatening to “dish” out their dirty laundry to the press.

The couple has also been fighting for custody of their two children: Otis, 9, and Daisy, 6. In March, Wilde accused Sudeikis of trying to “litigate her into debt” while fighting for primary custody. She also claimed her former fiancé has paid her zero child support despite earning a “significantly superior” income. However, a source close to Sudeikis said they shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship.

It is clear that Wilde and Sudeikis are putting their children first despite their ongoing legal battles.
