From Jack Nicholson and Kim Kardashian to new Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, there have been so many stars flocking to see the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks during the NBA playoffs that the games could have their own red carpets.
Likewise, other cities have been drawing their own fan faithful.
As the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics head into a make-or-break Game 7 on Sunday, former 76ers part owner Michael Rubin has been attending the team’s games as a fan these days, and is known for bringing out A-list guests.
The Fanatics mogul was spotted courtside recently with rapper Lil Baby, NBA prospect Sterling “Scoot” Henderson and Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons.
David Adelman – who purchased part of Rubin’s stake in the team – has been seen in the stands, at home and away games, with pals including Philly rapper Meek Mill and music manager Irving Azoff.

Also in the crowd has been “The Sixth Sense” director M. Night Shyamalan.
Meanwhile, Sixers owner Josh Harris – who is in position to acquire the NFL’s Washington Commanders – has been splitting his time between attending the team’s games and seeing his other sports franchise, the New Jersey Devils, in the NHL playoffs.
With the Sixers on the brink, Rubin was trying anything he could to get his team past Boston.
He posted earlier in the series for a 76ers away game, “For the greater good… I refused to attend tonight’s game.”
He further explained, “given the fact that I have been to just about every playoff game in the [TD Garden] and never actually won one!”
Meek was back in Philadelphia after he accompanied New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft on a trip to Poland to participate in the 35th International March of the Living, and to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
