Katie Maloney ripped Raquel Leviss on Wednesday’s all-new episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” calling the former pageant queen a “little f—king c—t.”
The heated insult came after Leviss, 28, disrespected Maloney’s mother, Teri, during a celebration at SUR for the Something About Her co-founder’s new sandwich shop with Ariana Madix.
“When we had dinner, did my conversation to you mean anything?” Teri asks Leviss, referencing an awkward exchange that took place episodes ago in Las Vegas.
Teri memorably expressed disappointment that Leviss has kissed Maloney’s then-estranged husband, Tom Schwartz, despite Maloney’s wishes for her ex to not hook up with people in their friend group.
In response, an exasperated Leviss turned her head away from Teri and lamented, “Oh my God.”

“No, don’t say, ‘Oh [my] God.’ That’s my mom. Treat her with some f—king respect,” an irate Maloney, 36, says, prompting Lala Kent to chime in and ask, “Where the f—k were you raised?”
Maloney seemed to think that was a great question and repeated it. “Where were you raised?” she shouted at Leviss. “Where were you f—king raised?”
She then called Leviss — who was born in Sonoma, Calif. — a “little f—king c—t” and told her to “walk away.”
Despite her issues with Leviss, Teri warned her daughter against name-calling. “Katie, please don’t do that,” she said.
Teri then addressed Leviss directly. “I was trying to be really respectful to you. You hurt me so much,” she said.
Leviss told Teri that she was “being honest” when she expressed her attraction to Schwartz, 40, and claimed that Maloney gave her blessing to a potential romance between the two in a private discussion with Scheana Shay.
“Shut up, Raquel!” Teri interrupted. “That is so wrong.”
The conversation devolved from there with Tom Sandoval inserting his opinion. Notably, the cover band singer, 40, was having an affair with Leviss at the time of filming, effectively cheating on his now-ex-girlfriend Madix, 37.
Madix was “heartbroken” and “blindsided” when she learned of the affair after a sexually explicit video featuring Leviss popped up on Sandoval’s phone the night of March 1, a source previously told Page Six.
Madix wasted no time dumping Sandoval after nearly a decade of dating.
She has seemingly moved on with a new man named Daniel Wai. Madix was spotted kissing the hunky fitness pro last month at Coachella and again at Los Angeles’ LAX airport.
More recently, the pair spent time together in New York City. A Page Six spy overheard Madix and Wai “talking s–t” about Leviss during a date night at Ma De on May 3.
