Jacky Oh, the longtime partner of “Wild ‘N Out” star D.C. Young Fly, died at the age of 33 on May 31, 2023.
The mom of three — whose real name is Jacklyn Smith — reportedly died in Miami as she underwent a “mommy makeover” while D.C. was filming in Atlanta.
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” BET said in a statement.
“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.”

Oh met D.C. — whose real name is John Whitfield — in 2015 while she was working as a “Wild n’ Out” girl. At the same time, the rapper was a featured player on the Nick Cannon-created series.
Although the pair worked on the same set, they actually met in a hotel lobby — and they had been together ever since.

The “How High 2” actor and Oh share three kids together: daughters Nova and Nala, and a son Prince, who was born last year.
Just weeks before her death, Oh gushed about how much she loved being a mom.
“i do a lot . but being a mommy is my favorite 🥹,” she wrote on Instagram. “🤞🏽 God chose me 3X 🙏I promise i never take it for granted . Im so damn blessed man! Happy Mother’s Day mommys :).”

Aside from being a full-time mom, Oh had numerous different side hustles.
She boasts nearly 1 million followers on Instagram, as well as over 800k subscribers on YouTube. One of her most recent brand collaborations appeared to be with the clothing brand Shein.
On top of that, she was also venturing into a career in real estate, which she created a separate social media account for.
Oh also had her own cosmetics line called the J. Nova Collection, which offers lip gloss and false eyelashes.
“People were always asking me about my makeup, and especially my lip gloss; so I said I need to capitalize off this,” she said during an interview in 2019.

While her cause of death has yet to be released, she revealed that she was traveling to Miami to undergo a “mommy makeover” before her death.
In a since-deleted post, the former “Wild ‘N Out” girl posed in a medical gown alongside popular surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah.
“Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!” the caption read, according to a screenshot obtained by Hollywood Unlocked.
The operation often includes a tummy tuck, liposuction and/or breast augmentation.
