The second installment of season four of the Netflix series “You” was released on March 9th, and the main plot twist was certainly unexpected. Part one, which premiered in early February, followed Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) as he attempted to start a new life in London under the identity of university professor Jonathon Moore. Joe also develops a notable friendship with literature student Nadia (Amy-Leigh Hickman) and is still stalking Marienne (Tati Gabrielle) from season three.
The Eat the Rich Killer, a serial murderer targeting London’s elite, is also in Joe’s new circle of friends. In part one, the killer takes down Malcolm (in the first episode), Simon, and Gemma, and reveals himself to Joe as Rhys Montrose. Despite Joe’s vow to not let the killer take down any more of his friends, part two still brings a lot of death and a shocking plot twist.
