Kyle Chrisley, Son of Reality TV Star Todd Chrisley, Arrested on Serious Charge

On March 14, Kyle Chrisley was arrested in Smyrna, Tennessee for “aggravated assault.” He was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and released on a $3,000 bond. Reports indicate that the incident was related to a fight with his supervisor at Penske Truck Rental. No further details have been released at this time.

This arrest comes shortly after Kyle’s father, Todd Chrisley, and stepmother, Julie Chrisley, were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion in June 2022. The couple was indicted in 2019 after an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice into their financial affairs. Ryan K Buchanan, U.S. Attorney, stated that the defendants had “defrauded banks out of tens of millions of dollars while evading payment of their federal income taxes.” Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison, while Julie received a seven-year sentence. After their sentencing, Kyle posted a cryptic Instagram story with the bible verse Matthew 7:1-3.
