“Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” Cast to Reunite for Netflix Anime Series

Netflix has announced that the original cast of the cult-classic film “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” will be reuniting for a new anime series. Bryan Lee O’Malley, the author and artist of the Scott Pilgrim graphic novel series, and BenDavid Grabinski will serve as showrunners, writers, and executive producers for the series. Edgar Wright, who directed, cowrote, and produced the film, is also on board as an executive producer. The cast will include Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Alison Pill, Kieran Culkin, Satya Bhabha, Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman, Johnny Simmons, Mark Webber, Mae Whitman, and Ellen Wong. The official title of the series has yet to be revealed and other details are being kept under wraps for now.
