Tiger Woods’ Use of Non-Disclosure Agreements With Girlfriends

Rachel Uchitel, one of Tiger Woods’ former girlfriends, has spoken out about the multiple non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) she was allegedly asked to sign by Woods’ team. Uchitel claims that in 2009 she was given a 30-page document which would prevent her from speaking out about her relationship with the golfer while he was married to Elin Nordegren. Uchitel told The New York Times in 2021 that she was offered $5 million and an additional $1 million for three years in exchange for signing the NDA. She also expressed her frustration with the situation, saying “I’ve had it with NDAs”. It is believed that Emma Rotherham, another one of Woods’ former girlfriends, was also asked to sign a confidentiality agreement in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
