Pastor Bolaji Idowu, from Harvesters International Christian Center, shares a vital message with women, advising them against marrying a man solely because they are pregnant for him.
He stresses the significance of marrying a man out of love, rather than feeling compelled due to circumstances, as it may lead to future unhappiness.
In a snippet of his sermon posted on his Instagram account, Pastor Bolaji said: “Choose to marry a man because of love, not due to a situation like pregnancy, as anyone can get pregnant by mistake.
“When mistakes happen, it’s essential to handle the situation calmly and with grace, rather than casting individuals out, as that exposes them to negative influences.
“For instance, if a woman gets pregnant out of wedlock, forcing her to marry the impregnator is misguided.
“I urge all women, in the event of an unwed pregnancy, to make a conscious decision based on love, not solely due to the pregnancy. Avoid compounding one mistake with a bigger one.
“Getting pregnant was a mistake; marrying solely due to the pregnancy would be a bigger error, leading to eventual self-hate and unhappiness for both parties.”
