CS Comics: 1st Trip to Galaxy’s Edge for Rise of the Resistance!

Last month ComingSoon.net was invited to be among the first to experience the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction in the Walt Disney World Resort at the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge land. We brought along cartoonist and longtime Star Wars fan Pranas T. Naujokaitis (KaBOOM!’s Adventure Time: Ice King Rugrats: The Last Token), and he drew a short (and hilarious) comic book story about his experience visiting the Star Wars land for the very first time. Check out the 19-panel comic in the gallery below!

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is now open at both Walt Disney World in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in California!

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will make guests feel like they’re on a Star Destroyer inside a hangar bay, while Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run gives guests the opportunity to fly the Millennium Falcon, piloting the ship, shooting blasters or preparing for hyperspace – all while completing a critical mission. But how you perform on the mission holds even bigger stakes: perform with skill and you may earn extragalactic credits, while bringing the ship back banged up could put you on the list of a bounty hunter. End up on Harkos’s list and you may face a problem if you show up at the local cantina!

Purchase the novel tied to the parks’ lore here.
