Talented Nollywood actress, Adediwurablarkgold has engaged a troll in a show of shame as the two exchanged words on social media. It was a war of words between the Nollywood diva and her fan simply identified as angelval. And lovers of the actress have labeled the action uncalled for, stressing that, she shouldn’t have paid attention to the troll.
The drama started after Wura uploaded a picture of her charity work on her social media handle captioning it “Giving is fun initiative”.Due to the lock-down, the ebony skinned actress joined the band wagon of celebrities giving out in their own capacity to the less privilege and this was done through her NGO.
Her initiative visited Ogba, Fagba, Ikeja and Abule Egba axis of Lagos state in order to give palliatives to the widows. Packets of noodles were given out, eggs, bread and other condiments as seen in her pictorial story but, that did not go down well with the troll who accused her of making a video of her giveaway instead of doing it secretly so that the next person would not know, just like the holy book says.
The disgusted fan had to call out the actress “you have spent a lot of money, I am very sure you have spend one billion naira for the Good Samaritan, I swear, this is a total bull shit, keep your camera at home”
The rotund actress did not spear her accuser, she responded “Open your dead brain to see this was sponsored and that I run an NGO, sick Ni**a, Camera man”
It took the intervention of other followers to pacify the delectable actress before the duo quit sending annoying responses at each other.
It is important to be humane, most especially at a time like these when the world is desperately praying for healing and looking forward to a sane environment like we once had before the pandemic broke out. Yes, it is true that your left hand should not know what your right hand is giving, but all the same, we could be diplomatic in our approach and trend with caution as we make others see their own flaw, some of her fans opined.
During the lock down, many celebrities came to the aid of their Nigerians, and the vulnerable in the society, giving out palliatives to cushion the effect the stay at home order might be having on them. Actress Adediwura was not left out in this, though her own was sponsored by some of her well wishers, the fifth batch of her give away was sponsored by shineshine skin care and spa.
Her Giving is fun initiative started last year, it is aimed at empowering widows to be self reliant and accountable, she distributed relief materials , financial and material assistance to widows who are in need, she also created employment opportunity through skill acquisition for widows.The initiative included free eye screening and provision of necessary drugs and eye glasses to the widows present. The giveaway she embarked upon days back is a continuation of her Giving is fun initiative which she started last year.
