Husband Accidentally Kills Wife in Church Car Park

On Sunday, March 19, a 70-year-old woman tragically died in a car park at the Castle Hill Baptist Church in Sydney, Australia. Her husband, also 70, was driving the vehicle and was not injured in the accident which was witnessed by another member of the congregation. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her husband was taken to Westmead Hospital for mandatory testing. Pastor Ian Deane described the incident as “extremely tragic” and expressed his sadness at the event. Pictures from the scene show the white car surrounded by police with a white sheet draped over the right hand side. No-one has been arrested at this time.
