Abdul-Azeez Adediran, the PDP governorship candidate in Lagos state, has emerged victorious at his polling unit in Osolu Junior High School, Unit 001 ward G in Irewe, Ojo Local Government Area. Adediran was able to secure 79 votes, beating out his closest rivals Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party and incumbent governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who each earned one and 66 votes respectively. In the House of Assembly election, PDP won 81 votes to APC’s 76, with Labour Party again receiving only one vote.
