Kanye West will not be facing any charges for throwing a female photographer’s cellphone after an incident in January. The Ventura Co. District Attorney’s Office revealed that the cellphone only suffered minor damage to its $30 protective case, and the woman declined to press charges against West. At the time of the incident, West was en route to his daughter North and son Saint’s basketball game in LA. Video evidence showed West having a heated back-and-forth with the female photog before grabbing her cellphone from her and tossing it aside. Kim Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were also present at the game.
