Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has been given 72 hours to report to the Ogun State Police Command or risk being arrested. Abimbola Oyeyemi, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed this development in a statement on Wednesday. This comes after two videos surfaced of the musician cursing some officers of the Force in Ogun state. According to Oyeyemi, Portable was invited following a petition by a studio owner who claimed that Portable and his aides beat him and locked his studio. Five invitations were sent to him, but he never responded to any. His father has since pleaded on his behalf and promised to bring him to the station. In 2022, Portable had already been escorted to the Police Headquarters at Eleweran, Abeokuta, after he refused to honour police invitation over alleged assault of a disc jockey in the Sango area of the state.
