Celebrities Who Failed to Recognize Other Famous Figures

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis attended a karaoke party at a neighbor’s house, and Kutcher was left so impressed by a fellow guest’s performance of an ABBA song that he approached them and complimented them. He later discovered that the singer was Harry Styles, who was then in a D-12 band. Kunis had to explain to him just how famous One Direction was, and Kutcher said he felt like a jerk. Kunis had another encounter with Styles when they played on opposing teams during a game of celebrity dodgeball on “The Late Late Show,” and Styles took her out with a direct hit. We can’t help but wonder if Kutcher declined to join his wife because he was too embarrassed to face Styles again after the karaoke incident.
