“Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay has no doubt that Tom Sandoval allegedly cheated on Ariana Madix with show alum Billie Lee.
“I absolutely think it was Billie Lee,” Shay said in Friday’s episode of her “Scheananigans” podcast, referring to her chilling conversation with Sandoval during the finale of Season 10.
However, Sandoval’s rep tells Page Six exclusively, “I can confirm that is absolutely not true. They are friends.”
During their chat — which took place immediately after his affair with Raquel Leviss was exposed — Shay said she “always thought” the rumors that Sandoval hooked up with “Miami girl” when he began dating Madix were “true.”
“Ariana has always known the truth about that,” he told her without elaborating.
Madix, 37, later confirmed she knew the pair had sex but explained she kept Sandoval’s secret to protect him.
“So other than Miami girl, this is the first time you ever cheated on Ariana?” Shay, 38, pressed during the scene, to which the bar owner replied, “There was one other time.”
“Just a random person?” the mother of one asked, prompting Sandoval, 40, to respond, “Yeah. Well, no. It’s not fair. I’m not going into it.”
On her podcast, Shay recalled hearing “rumors” during Season 7 of “Pump Rules” — which aired from December 2018 to May 2019 — that “Billie Lee and Sandoval hooked up.”
“And of course, Ariana and I are the first people to shut it down, [saying,] ‘These are our friends! They would never do that!’” she said.
“Fast forward [to today] — when I study Sandoval’s behavior now, watching the show as a past friend, a fan, a viewer … when I watch him now, I see the lies that are coming out of his mouth.”
At the time, Shay “didn’t think that there was maybe someone else,” but she feels differently after analyzing the episode and consulting with show alum Kristen Doute.
“[Doute] goes, ‘There’s at least two — two or more,’” Shay shared, adding that she believes Sandoval’s hesitation meant that he was “talking about two different girls.”
“I do think there were at least two times he cheated on [Madix] outside of Miami girl,” she said.

Shay and Doute’s suspicions are shared by Lala Kent, who said during a finale confessional, “I think that Tom has been hooking up with a lot of people. A few years ago, I heard the rumors that Tom and Billie Lee go off and do whatever they go and do.”
The Bravo reality show then flashed back to unseen footage from the Season 7 reunion, during which Doute, 40, said she’d heard that Sandoval and Lee “f–ked.”
At the time, the wannabe rock star denied that “we did that,” while Lee, 39, insisted it “never happened.”
“We need to open that case back up,” Kent, 32, added in her interview. “It went cold, and I don’t think it need [sic] to be cold no more.”
Lee did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. However, a source close to the duo insisted to us last month that they’re just friends.
Denial of any sort of romantic relationship came after they were seen hanging out together numerous times on the heels of Scandoval.
Lee was even photographed exiting the home Sandoval still shares with Madix in the same clothes she was wearing the night before.
Despite the activist’s public allegiance to “both parties,” Madix unfollowed — and maybe even blocked — Lee on Instagram.
