Tom Sandoval had a full-on meltdown after Lisa Vanderpump confronted him about his months-long affair with Raquel Leviss.
In a sneak peek from Wednesday’s Season 10 finale, Vanderpump told Sandoval that she “doesn’t understand” how he could betray Ariana Madix by “sleeping with one of her best friends.”
Sandoval, who was visibly agitated, claimed he lied to Madix because he “didn’t want to hurt her,” noting that she “has a hard time with trusting people.”
“Me and Raquel had every intention of telling Ariana before the reunion,” he continued. “There is no way we could feel like a human being — either one of us — to have Ariana defending Raquel and me.”
It then cut to a clip from September 2022 of Madix justifying Leviss and Sandoval’s close relationship, saying she has nothing but “love and trust” for both of them.
“I mean, it looks terrible in retrospect,” Vanderpump said bluntly.
Sandoval, 40, then admitted that things didn’t end well between him and Madix, 37, because she was “so angry” during their final conversation.
As the consequences of his own action started to settle in, Sandoval erupted into tears.
“I don’t know if I’ll ever get that chance, which kills me,” he said while burying his face in his hands.

He then got up to stand by the window, where he started hyperventilating, repeatedly saying, “Oh God, oh God!” in a frantic tone.
“OK, you have to stop,” Vanderpump said while walking over to him. “It’s gonna get better from here on in. It’s been all too much, I know.”
After getting Sandoval to calm down, the pair head back to the couch to finish their conversation.
“We did always protect each other, and for all the things that we’ve been through for that to be the last conversation that we have is really hard for me to handle,” Sandoval explained in a confessional.
Madix discovered that Sandoval had been cheating on her with Leviss in early March after finding an NSFW video of the former beauty pageant queen on his phone.
Despite breaking up with her longtime boyfriend, the pair confronted each other while cameras were rolling for the explosive Season 10 finale episode, which airs Wednesday night.
A trailer for the finale showed the former couple screaming at each other before Madix chillingly told Sandoval to go “die.”
During the explosive fight, Madix also told her now-ex that she “[regrets] ever loving” him.
