Tiger Woods Alleges “Jilted” Ex Erica Herman Had “Improper Motives” in New Court Filing

Tiger Woods and his legal team have responded to the lawsuit brought against him by his ex-girlfriend, Kristin Herman. According to court documents, Woods’ team has accused Herman of citing the ‘Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act’ without making any claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment in her landlord-tenant action. The filing also refers to Herman as a “jilted ex-girlfriend” who is trying to publicly litigate her claims rather than honor her commitment to arbitration. As of yet, Herman has not replied to these allegations.

Woods and Herman had been dating since 2017 and she had been seen at many of his golf events. Prior to their relationship, Herman had worked in the restaurant business.
