My Life. – My Story

I want to thank God and the Universe for helping me through difficult times.

My dad died when I was 16, my mom met a great guy that I call pop today. He has been a granddaddy to my kids since they were born. I struggled a bit dealing with losing my dad.

At 22 I had my first child, at 26 I had my twins. My relationship with the father of my kids was a toxic one and we were too young. So years later, I saw a picture of this handsome guy I didn’t know but he was from my hometown area. I was all in love with his picture. Time passed by and a year or so later he moved to North Florida. His brother gave me his number and we met and were together for years. I couldn’t believe how I manifested him into my life. He treats my kids so well. I always wanted a man who could do carpentry work and play guitar and it just so happened he could do it all.

We rented a house for a while. I wanted to get a house and saved some money. I got approved on my own to get a house with a job that was paying me only a small income driving a school bus for a 5-hour shift. However, my court order for child support was considered an income, who would have thought!? So I got my first house.

Later we split for a short time. Then I met a guy who was needing a friend and so did I. We made each other happy and laughed so much. I think I gave him happiness and he gave me the same. It was a blessing because his family said it was the happiest he was in his life. He died that year. So after that, my old boyfriend wanted to work things out. Which helped me and my kids so much. In a time of sadness, he took care of us.

So where I had gotten my bus driving license, I got a job making good money when I really needed it since my ex didn’t pay child support regularly. I was able to do more for my kids. When the Covid situation started my back was bad. That worked out great because I did not have to be at work with all the testing and isolation. I got to be home with my kids instead. Then I had my back surgery. Had no income for a year and a half. Then child support enforcement started to garnish my ex’s wages and it was when I really needed it to support my kids. God always helps me when I need it most.

Now I am still without income but I just got a cheque from a credit card I overpaid two years ago I was not expecting that! I was going to buy a stove from someone but it wasn’t what I really wanted. Well, today the one I wanted was up for sale to buy for the same price as the other one! I am in awe, wow!!!! I cannot wait to see what’s in store for me in the future.

I’ve been using The Secret and praying. Thank you so much. I see myself being married someday to someone who loves me and respects me and that I love and respect. Maybe it will be the guy I’m with or maybe not but I know when I get married it will be right and play an important part in this journey. Thank you again. I love The Secret!
