Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has approved a 20% increase in the salaries of Civil servants in the state. This increment is effective from January 2023 and the arrears for the month of January will be paid alongside March salaries. The arrears for February will be paid when April salaries are being disbursed. This was announced by the Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, in a circular released on Wednesday.
