BREAKING: My Case Is Over-ripe For Hearing The Supreme Court Judges

The decision followed a hearing on the Federal Government’s application for leave to appeal against the Court of Appeal’s decision to discharge and acquit Kanu.

Kanu, who led the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) during the Nigerian Civil War, has been charged with genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.

He is currently on trial in the Abuja High Court.
