Many fans of Funke Akindele and Olajide Jandor, the deputy governorship candidate and gubernatorial candidate of the Lagos state’s Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) respectively, have been asking questions about their whereabouts after the two politicians have been silent on social media for the past 24 hours. No news or photos of them voting in the gubernatorial elections on March 18, 2023 have surfaced online, leading to much speculation.
On Instagram, Monica wrote, “Where is Funke Akindele? I have not seen Jandor too voting today. I hope all is well with them.” Folake added, “I don’t know why PDP’s funke and jandor have accepted defeat by keeping mum for days now, they are supposed to fight to finish and continue to campaign hard even if its APC and LP that many are talking about mostly on social media.”
